By using Sifted, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Sifted provides AI-assisted resume tailoring. Outputs are suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before submitting it to employers.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Sifted to create fraudulent or materially false resumes. Our AI has safeguards against fabrication, but you are ultimately responsible for the accuracy of documents you submit.
4. Payment and refunds
Pro Monthly: cancel anytime, access continues to billing period end. Pro Annual and Lifetime: 14-day refund window. Contact hello@sifted.com for refunds.
5. Privacy

6. Intellectual property
Your resume content remains yours. The tailored output is yours to use as you see fit. Sifted retains rights to the platform itself.
7. Limitation of liability
Sifted is provided as-is. We make no guarantee that a tailored resume will result in interviews or employment. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
