What we collect

We collect your email address (required for authentication), the resume text and job descriptions you submit, and usage events to improve the product.

How we use it

Your resume and job description data is used solely to generate your tailored resume via our AI provider (Anthropic). We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data storage

All data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Third-party services

• Anthropic — processes resume/JD text to generate tailored output. Subject to Anthropic's data policies.
• Stripe — handles payment processing. We never store card details.
• PostHog — product analytics (anonymized usage events).
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

Your rights

You can export all your data or delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Deletion removes all your tailorings, cover letters, and profile data permanently.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie required for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
